Meditation: Simple Techniques

Let the miracle happen!!

Shiv Netra Meditation (Third Eye)

This is one of the simplest 3rd Eye Meditation Technique. Very easily one can get in contact with the inner light and essence of one's own being.

Precautions:

Begin with practicing 2 to 3 mins a day.
Do not practice this for more than 15 minutes a day.
Do not practice for more than 3 Months.
Don not stare at the light for more than your eyes can take.
Don't over-strain your eyes.

Method:

Sit comfortably.
Have a bulb place directly at level with your eyes.
Keep on looking at the bulb for 2-3 mins
Close your eyes and cover them with your hands
Look inwards, between your eyebrows.
You will view a light/ darkness.
Keep on watching it till you can.
Repeat it thrice.
